A full case history is taken followed by a thorough examination of both ears. Findings are explained and next steps are discussed. Enough time is allowed to perform microsuction ear wax removal where necessary.

Your appointment can take place in clinic or in the comfort of your own home for an additional charge of £30.

Your out of hours appointment can take place in clinic or in the comfort of your own home for an additional charge of £90.

A comprehensive hearing assessment that includes a detailed examination and testing of your outer, middle, and inner ear. Your ability to hear speech, especially in background noise, will also be evaluated. The findings will be thoroughly explained and discussed with you before agreeing on any next steps. If applicable, this assessment also includes an evaluation of the performance of your current hearing aids to ensure they are optimally programmed and functioning effectively.

Our Hearing Health Screening provides a focused evaluation to establish the overall status of your hearing health. This includes a basic examination of your outer, middle, and inner ear to detect any potential causes for concern. It’s an ideal option for those looking to establish a baseline for their hearing, allowing for future comparisons to monitor any changes over time. This service offers peace of mind and early detection of issues without the need for a comprehensive assessment.

Our Hearing Health Check-up is a routine appointment recommended every 3–6 months for our existing hearing aid patients, tailored to their individual needs. We service your hearing aids to ensure they are functioning optimally, examine the outer ear for any potential issues, and conduct a hearing screening to monitor and maintain your hearing health. This proactive approach helps ensure your hearing and hearing aids remain at their best, providing ongoing support and care.

Are you new to the area or simply dissatisfied with your current service?  We offer a comprehensive service for individuals looking to switch from their current hearing care provider. Our approach includes:

• Comprehensive Diagnostic Hearing Assessment: We conduct a thorough evaluation of your hearing, as described above in our Hearing Test.
• Hearing Aid Evaluation: We assess the performance of your existing hearing aids and, if appropriate, reprogram them to better suit your hearing needs.

During our Service & Check appointment, we carry out a thorough service of your hearing aids. This appointment can also be used as a fault-finding exercise, suitable for all makes and models of hearing aids, whether NHS or private. This service is complimentary for our existing patients and available to new patients for a fee, whether you are experiencing issues or simply require a routine check-up.

Where clinically appropriate, we invite all our patients to take a free two-week no obligation trial of their chosen made-to-order hearing aids following a Hearing Test.
